Fall 2010
Dear Chatham Hall Parents,
On behalf of your Parent Advisory Committee (PAC), welcome to the beginning of a great year at Chatham Hall. PAC helps to connect parents to the School and represents the parent viewpoint during strategic planning sessions. We also help this wonderful school with its admissions and fundraising programs, Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day (May 13), and events during Parents Weekend (October 1-2), Family Day (April 1) and Commencement Weekend (June 3-4).
We hope to see you on campus throughout the year. Join us in attending lectures by world leaders, performances by visiting artists, and, of course, our daughters’ athletic events, theater productions, art openings and music recitals.
We encourage parent participation in all our activities. If you would like to become more involved, please get in touch with us or other members of the Parent Advisory Committee. During Parents Weekend, you will receive a student/ parent/ teacher directory with our contact information.
In the meantime, don’t hesitate to contact us through Amy Blair in Chatham Hall’s Office of Advancement (ablair@chathamhall.org or 434 432-5508). Amy Blair is also the person to contact for information about Parents Weekend, Family Day, and other events, speakers and performances on campus.
