Parent Advisory Committee, PAC
It’s time to celebrate! When your daughter enrolled at Chatham Hall, both you and she embarked on a life changing experience—one that is sure to enrich all your lives hereafter; at least, that’s been our experience. Kent and I have been blessed to be able to watch each of our daughters blossom at this extraordinary school—Ashley (2005), Lindsay (2006), and Shelby, soon to be a 2008 graduate. Moreover, the traditions which formed the pillars of my own Chatham Hall experience in 1974 remain the same—the dedicated faculty, the strength of the Honor Code under the guidance of the Student Council, the Purple and Golden Rule.
This year I am excited to be serving as President of the 2007-2008 Parent Advisory Committee (PAC). This committee was formed to connect parents to the school and to each other. PAC supports our school through fundraising, admissions work, and student activities. When your daughter entered the Chatham Hall community, you, too, joined the family! Your involved commitment is absolutely essential to the well-being of the school and the quality of your daughter’s experience.
If you would like to become more involved in Chatham Hall activities or are interested in serving on a PAC committee, please do not hesitate to call me or any other member of PAC. There are many opportunities to participate, including committees supporting Sans Souci Day and Faculty Appreciation Day, hosting Admissions events, and helping out with our annual fund drive.
